ABOUT THE PROJECT:
North East Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NECCI) is the nodal body located in Guwahati dealing with the
trade interests of the entire North eastern region of India. The site of the building is on a hillside
in the outskirts of the town and has a seasonal 'jhora' (waterway) running through it. The buiding spans
the jhora 2nd floor upwards leaving it untouched on the ground. The parking is on the 4th floor of the building.
