An INTACH publication covering approximately 500 significant or typical heritage buildings
of Calcutta. The scope of work included identifying and photographing the buildings,
locating them on maps and collating preliminary data. It is intended to follow up this master
volume with subsequent additional volumes focusing on specific areas of the city.
