ABOUT THE PROJECT: The Scottish Cemetery today is a silent testimony to the scores of lives, young and old, that lived and contributed to the vibrancy of the city of Calcutta in the 19th century and beyond amidst immense cultural and physical disparity. A new effort has been launched by the Kolkata Scottish Heritage Trust (KSHT) to preserve and restore these memories of courage and persistence lost to the raveges of time.
